Sushi Bar x Chef Michelin Yoshi Yanome x Bello: Bringing Michelin Excellence to Nashville

In January 2025, Nashville witnessed a groundbreaking culinary collaboration. Michelin-starred chef Yoshi Yanome, the 2024 Food Ambassador of Japan, traveled from Valencia, Spain to partner with Sushi Bar for an extraordinary series of dinners. Over the course of four sold-out nights—tickets were completely booked within just 48 hours—more than 160 guests experienced the fusion of two culinary worlds.

 

Each evening featured a 20-course tasting menu: 10 courses from the talented chefs at Sushi Bar and 10 courses from Kaido, reflecting the essence of Valencia. This visionary event, conceived by Rey Bello, introduced a new level of fine dining collaboration to Nashville, setting a precedent for future culinary innovations in the city.
