In a unique evening, the VAL gallery in Nashville became the perfect stage for a sensory experience that blended art, music, and gastronomy. Rey Bello, alongside Chef Alfredo Bueno from 888, and Tequila G4, brought together a 160-pound bluefin tuna from Spain, expertly cut by Alfredo to create six distinct dishes for an exclusive audience of 120 guests.
The event was a seamless infusion of art and culinary mastery, set in one of Nashville’s most beautiful art galleries. Additionally, guests enjoyed a live art performance by Larry Stewart, making the evening a perfect blend of creativity and gastronomy.
